Ted Huff

Mr. Huff joined Powers in August of 1994. Ted has been an acting coach for over 15 years. His students have appeared in national television commercials, toured nationally, and have appeared on Broadway. Among his directing credits he is partial to Godspell, Oklahoma!, Rumors, See How They Run, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Wait Until Dark. Ted received his BA in Speech and Dramatic Art from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Ted is an accomplished dancer having been trained in classical ballet as well as jazz and modern dance. He earned a MA in Directing as well as a MA in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University. Ted was honored in 1996 when he was named Missouri Theatre Teacher of the Year. Recently Ted earned his Specialist Degree in Executive Leadership in 2004 and his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University in 2005. In 2005 Dr. Huff was named Outstanding Middle School Assistant Principal of the Year for St. Louis.
